South Central Railway Vijayawada division Senior Divisional Commercial Manager V. Rambabu presenting certificates to top-performing TTEs during a meeting in Vijayawada on Wednesday.
Senior Divisional Commercial Manager (Sr. DCM) Vavilapalli Rambabu asked Travelling Ticket Examiners (TTEs) to be sincere in their job and verify the tickets thoroughly. At a performance evaluation meeting held with the TTEs of Vijayawada division here on Wednesday (June 25), Mr. Rambabu said the TTEs should ensure that no concession quota is misused.
“TTEs are the face of Indian Railways. Your professionalism, conduct, diligence and honesty reflects on the organisation,” the Sr. DCM said.
He reviewed the ticket checking performance, interacted with the TTEs, squad in-charges and amenities supervisors and enquired about the challenges and the passenger-related problems.
Later, Mr. Rambabu felicitated the TTEs who performed well during April and May months this year and presented them with certificates.
Assistant Commercial Manager B.V.N.S Ravi Prasad, officer Nusrat M. Mandrupkar, TTEs and squad in-charges participated.
