A 32-year-old rowdy-sheeter was killed by a group of men near Sawleshwar Cross in Aland taluk of Kalaburagi district on Tuesday.
The deceased was identified as Sudhakar of Duttargaon village.
The unidentified men attacked Sudhakar when he was on a bike along with his brother. They assaulted him with sticks. Sudhakar died on the spot and his brother Siddaram, who suffered grievous injuries in the attack, has been admitted to hospital.

Soon after they left the place, the associates of the dhaba owner followed them and attacked the siblings with sticks and killed Sudhakar on the spot.
Sudhakar, who had criminal cases, including charge of attempted murder and assault, against him, was listed as a rowdy-sheeter at Nimbarga and Sub-Urban police stations.
