In line with the announcement made by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin, the State government has granted transfers to over 200 women police personnel to their native districts, after they returned to work from maternity leave. An official release from the Tamil Nadu government said 209 women police personnel have been granted transfers till June 3, as per the announcement made by the CM to aid women who have returned from maternity leave, to take care of their babies.
