A 35-year-old woman, who went missing on June 11, was found dead at Shivayyana Koplu in Hassan taluk on Friday.
The deceased has been identified as Pavithra, who was married to Mohan Kumar 17 years ago.
She went missing on June 11. Her husband and relatives searched for her and later filed a complaint with the Shantigrama police.
She was found dead near the village, and it was suspected to be a case of suicide.
